Meet the Chef
Alicia Girbés-Pierce
While teaching hands-on nutrition classes to at-risk teens at a local non-profit in San Diego, Chef Alicia was inspired to use education with food to serve the community. Inspired to help close the nutritional disparity gap she decided to further her education in nutrition. Shortly after, she founded her meal prep business. Alicia’s experience working as a chef in Portugal, love for cooking, and personal health journey, led her to start Alicia’s Meals out of her kitchen.
Since then, she has helped many clients build a sustainable lifestyle around food with perfectly portioned, delicious, and healthy meals that fuel them to reach their goals.
